SEALED FORM

It looks like the usual sealed zanpakutou that most shinigami have. It is the normal long katana, kept inside the keep hung at one’s left side through the ribbon around the waist. The shinigami also wears the typical shinigami clothes and no other jewelries, special colors, designs, styles or any other.

I drew the one above. Basically it isn't super professional cause I don't believe my talent is in drawing but it can at least give you a little more understanding of what I mean. (PS: ignore the writings because they are the incomplete descriptions I made while drawing!)

SHIKAI FORM

Name: Merinachi

Release Command: roar through the lands

The shinigami retains the typical shinigami clothes but the keep disappears. The katana changes into what seems like a normal sword but with crystal hilt. There are two circles around it but it is floating because not a part of it touches the sword. The circle nearer the hilt rotates counter-clockwise while the circle nearer the sharp tip of the sword rotates clockwise. The two circles are surrounded with sharp-pointed, triangle-shaped things, which seem like the tip of a sword cut apart from the rest of the other parts.

  Strength:

Because of the circles surrounded with sharp-pointed sword-like things, the shikai form of Merinachi has more options of how and where to attack the enemy. In addition to this, it is not difficult to swing because it recognizes its owner and doesn’t hit the owner but only goes through her.

   Weakness:

Merinachi’s weakness in shikai form is that, it is easily cracked or even broken. Although the owner’s reiatsu may be fused with it to strengthen it, Merinachi absorbs more reiatsu than given and so, better not to give anything at all for it does not absorb reiatsu when not given from the start.

Still, I drew the one above! It's the first tiem for me to draw someone not standing but rather posing! (AGAIN: ignore the writings I made!)

BANKAI FORM

Name: Niyeri Merinachi

The shinigami changes her typical shinigami kimono with a Japanese female battle shirt paired with ‘kimono pants’ which shinigami usually seem to wear. Merinachi transforms into a sword, which seems like an ordinary one aside from the fact that the whole sword, from hilt to blade, is made of pure crystal. There is a golden green-colored ribbon tied around the hilt with unequal lengths on each side. While the other one only length up to mid-sword, the other one is overly long. The moment the bankai is called out, the longer ribbon twirls around the sword and slowly goes down when the air pressure caused by the release of reiatsu, drops.

   Strength:

Though the form of Merinachi’s bankai seems less damaging compared to the shikai form, it is undoubtedly more powerful and speedier. It vastly increases the speed of whoever holds it. It does not break easily as the shikai does and is 15 times denser. As does the shikai, it identifies its owner and goes through the owner if ever thrown towards her. Merinachi is a zanpakutou who multiplies the reiatsu of her owner and anyone who holds her. But due to the large amount of reiatsu, many cannot control their multiplied reiatsu and it causes their death.

   Weakness:

Merinachi can be held by anyone and therefore, even if it cannot be thrown out to the owner, it can be held by the enemy to increase their own speed. Many talented shinigami can also control the multiplied reiatsu provided by Merinachi and uses this to create more powerful attacks, denser zanpakutou and more effective kidou performance.

Well, I had a hard time on this one. It wasn't what I originally planned it to be but I guess it's okay! (Not that the other two drawings went according to planned but at least they were close to it) PS: The writings... pelase ignore them! This time, I changed somethign about the bankai!

TRUE FORM

Merinachi’s true form is a lioness. She has long sharp claws and teeth. She is a gentle zanpakutou who is easy to materialize and easy to get along with. She follows the orders of whoever holds her sealed, shikai, and bankai form but only the true owner can call out her shikai and bankai as well as the only one who can turn her back to the sealed state.

BACKGROUND and the SACHIKO CLAN

The Sachiko Clan is one of the many clans in Konoha. Like many old, noble clans, such as Hyuuga and Uchiha, they have a leader. She is the eldest daughter of their leader, Sachiko Ayano, and thus the heiress of the clan.

Unlike the Hyuuga clan, though, the abilities and all secrets of the clan is not limited to the main house of the family. Like the Uchiha Clan who are experts in Fire Techniques even though it is not their bloodline limit, the Sachiko Clan are expert elemental warriors. They specialize in the mastery of the four main elements: fire, water, land, air.

The main ability of the Sachiko Clan's bloodline limit is not a doujutsu (eye technique) like the Hyuuga and Uchiha clans, but rather a simplication of techniques. Instead of running through those many hand seals, they create the technique right away by just saying the name.

Advanced users may also be able to create the technique by focusing the mind, body and chakra alone. But, they have one branch of their ability which ables them to take advantage of their mastery in elemental techniques.

Through proper training and hardwork, this may be achieved. As most techniques in the ninja world are, they can create elemental techniques by making them take form and attack or defend as it is used for. But, the Sachiko clan members simply only need to find the source of the element and they may be able to control them as if they are Elementalists instead of Ninjas.

NOTE: If you imagine this, then they would be attack not like a technique or such but rather much more like how the benders in 'Avatar: The legend of Aang' or 'Avatar: The last air bender' attack!!

ABILITIES

Ira is fully capable of executing all of the basic attacks, techniques and movements of the Sachiko clan members. She is a highly intelligent kunoichi (female ninja) and is truly wothy of the name genius. She is not a limited fighter. She can attack and defend at all ranges, though she'd prefer a mid-range combat better.

Ira has mastered the act of fusion with the elements. She has also a very good and acurate timing and an average aiming skills. She does indeed lack the knowledge of weapons as most of the clan members prefer fighting bare handed and depend on their elemental skills.

For a chunin, she has good abilities when it comes to using an element from a moment to another or even using them all at one time. Though not fully mastered the control of all elements, she has already a great start for being abel to master the basics of all the six elements: the four basic elements and the four advanced versions of each. Earth is to Metal; Fire is to Lightning; Water is to Ice; Wind is to Manipulation.

But she has already reached a very good standing when it comes to Fire elemental control. Coming from Konoha which is in the Fire Country, it is not, of course, unusual that she would master it better above all elements.
